1. About Craftory Craftory is a digital products marketplace operated in Malaysia. We connect buyers with independent creators and sellers of digital goods.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on Craftory. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Purchases All products listed on Craftory are digital goods. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property All digital products sold on Craftory are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Seller Conduct Sellers on Craftory agree to list only original works and comply with Craftory's seller guidelines. Craftory reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Craftory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products purchased thereon.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
