Step 3 - Launch Your First Digital Product
Congratulations! Your Tribe Shop is now ready.
The next step is to create your first digital product and submit it for review and approval.
Before You Start
Prepare the following before creating your product:
- Product Cover Image (Recommended: 900 × 900px)
- Product Description
- Product Price
- Digital Product Link (Google Drive, Canva, Dropbox, OneDrive or other cloud storage)
Important:
CRAFTORY does not store your digital files. You are responsible for maintaining your own product files and ensuring your download link remains accessible.
Product Information
Complete the following information:
Product Name
Choose a clear and descriptive name that tells Seekers exactly what they are purchasing.
Product Type
Select the most suitable Product Type for your digital product.
If your Product Type is unavailable, please contact CRAFTORY and we'll be happy to add it.
Collections
Choose one or more Collections to help Seekers discover your product more easily.
Product Description
Describe your product clearly, including:
- What it is
- Who it is for
- What the Seeker will receive after purchase
🚫 STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED:
Do NOT include any WhatsApp number, WhatsApp link, Telegram link, personal contact details, or external messaging/contact links in your product description.
CRAFTORY does not allow sellers to redirect Seekers to external platforms for communication, payment, or transactions. All purchases must be completed through the CRAFTORY Marketplace.
Products containing prohibited contact or messaging links may be rejected or removed from the marketplace.
Product Image
Upload a clear product cover image that represents your digital product.
Recommended size: 900 × 900 pixels
Pricing
Complete the following pricing information:
Price
The selling price of your digital product.
Minimum Product Price: MYR5
The minimum selling price for any digital product on CRAFTORY is MYR5.
Note : Why is the minimum product price MYR5?
At CRAFTORY, we believe every digital product represents the time, knowledge, creativity and effort of its creator.
Even though digital products can be sold repeatedly without the limitations of physical inventory, we want creators to price their work with value and confidence.
We set a minimum price of MYR5 because:

✨ Your work deserves to be valued — A minimum price helps avoid undervaluing quality digital products.
🌱 Build a sustainable creator ecosystem — We want CRAFTORY to be a marketplace where creators can earn from their ideas, skills, and digital assets.
💰 Small price, scalable opportunity — A digital product can be sold repeatedly, so even a small amount per sale can grow into meaningful earnings over time.
At CRAFTORY, we believe digital products may be unlimited to reproduce, but the effort behind creating them is never unlimited. 💗
Compare at Price (Optional)
Display the original or estimated value of your product to highlight the savings for Seekers.
Digital Product Delivery
Under Add Digital Product As, select:
Digital Product As Link
Paste your digital product link into the Digital Product File Link field.
Before submitting, make sure your link:
- Opens correctly
- Is accessible to anyone with the link
- Has no permission restrictions
We recommend testing your link using an Incognito or Private Browser window.
Submit for Approval
Once you've completed all required fields, submit your product for review and approval.
Product approval is completed within 24 hours after submission.
Our team will review your submission before it is published on the CRAFTORY Marketplace.
Once approved:
- Your product will become visible on the marketplace. (New Arrivals Section)
- Seekers can purchase your product.
- Your digital product link will be delivered automatically after a successful purchase.

- Verified your product link
- Submitted your product for review
- Ensured your product description does not contain prohibited external contact links
