Step 2 - Set Up Payment Details

Before you can receive your Tribe Shop earnings, you'll need to complete your payment details.

Please ensure all information is accurate, as payouts will be transferred based on the bank account provided.

Information Required

Complete the following details:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number

Please review your information carefully before saving to avoid any payout delays.

Receiving Orders

When a Seeker purchases your digital product:

  • The order will appear under My Sales.
  • Your earnings will be reflected in My Earnings.
  • Your digital product link will be delivered automatically to the Seeker.

Receiving Your Earnings

CRAFTORY processes Tribe payouts manually.

When your payout is ready:

  • You'll receive an email notification.
  • Your payout details will be available under My Earnings.
  • Your invoices can be viewed anytime under My Invoices.

Payout Information

CRAFTORY will process seller payouts twice a month, on the 15th and 30th of each month.

For February, the second payout will be arranged on 28th February.

Please ensure your payout details are accurate and up to date to avoid any delays in receiving your payout.
