Membership Renewal

Your Tribe Membership gives you access to your own Tribe Shop on the CRAFTORY Marketplace.

To keep your Tribe Shop active and visible, your membership must remain valid.

Membership Renewal Reminder

Before your membership expires, CRAFTORY will automatically send reminder emails to your registered email address:

• 60 days before expiry
• 30 days before expiry
• 14 days before expiry

We encourage you to renew your membership early to avoid any interruption to your Tribe Shop.

If Your Membership Expires

If your membership is not renewed by the expiry date:

• Your Tribe Shop will be automatically deactivated.
• Your digital products will no longer be visible on the CRAFTORY Marketplace.
• Seekers will not be able to purchase your digital products.
• Your public Tribe Shop page will be hidden until your membership is reactivated.

This is necessary because CRAFTORY does not host or maintain your digital product files, and we cannot guarantee the availability or delivery of inactive digital products.

Reactivating Your Tribe Shop

You may reactivate your Tribe Membership at any time by completing your membership renewal.

Once your membership has been successfully renewed:

• Your Tribe Shop will be restored.
• Your approved digital products will become visible again.
• Your Tribe can continue selling without creating a new account.

Data Retention Policy

Your Tribe Shop data will be retained for up to 12 months after your membership expires.

If your membership is not renewed within this period, your Tribe Shop and all associated data may be permanently removed from the CRAFTORY system and cannot be recovered.
