Disputes & Seller Responsibility If you experience any issues with a purchased product — including non-delivery, files that are corrupted or inaccessible, or products that are materially different from their description — please contact the seller directly. Sellers on Craftory are responsible for attending to and resolving any disputes with their buyers in a timely and professional manner.
