Nature of the Platform Craftory operates as a marketplace platform connecting independent digital product creators (sellers) with buyers. Craftory is not the seller of record for third-party products listed on the platform. Each seller is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their listings and digital products.

Intellectual Property All content on the Craftory platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, and platform features — is the intellectual property of Craftory and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Digital products sold by sellers on Craftory remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Buyers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased products for their intended purpose only.

Disclaimer of Liability Craftory makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products listed by third-party sellers on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Craftory shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased through the platform.

Governing Law This Legal Notice and all matters relating to the use of Craftory are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
