Your first step is to properly set up your foundation. This is where your Tribe Shop begins to take shape.

Step 1 — Set up your account

Complete the following:

  • Update your Tribe Name
  • Set your Tribe Shop Name
  • Upload your profile image
  • Upload your shop logo
  • Add your shop banner
  • Fill in your shop description

This is your identity on CRAFTORY. Keep it clear, real, and aligned with what you want to build.

Step 2 — Set your payment details

Make sure your payment details are completed correctly. This ensures:

  • You can receive payouts
  • No delays when you start earning

Take your time here. You don't need to perfect everything. But make sure everything is filled in and makes sense.

Step 3 — Set your Tribe Shop Policy

Your shop policy protects your work and sets clear expectations for your buyers. Copy and customise the template below, replace [Tribe Shop Name] with your actual shop name:

Launch Your First Product

This is where your journey actually begins.

You don't need a perfect product. You just need your first one.

What you're doing here

You are creating your first digital product listing inside your Tribe Shop. Once this is done:

  • Your product can be published
  • Seekers can view and purchase
  • You will deliver your product using your own shareable link

Important: How delivery works on CRAFTORY

CRAFTORY does not store your files. You will deliver your product using a link.

  • Google Drive link
  • Canva template link
  • Dropbox or any cloud storage

You are fully in control of your own files.

Step 1 — Prepare your product link

Before creating your listing, prepare your link first.

Option 1 — Direct product link

  • Upload your file to Google Drive / Dropbox
  • Set access to "Anyone with the link"
  • Copy the link

Option 2 — Thank You Page

  • Create a simple page or document
  • Place all your download links inside
  • Share one main link

This is useful if you have multiple files, bonuses, or future updates.

Step 2 — Add your product details

  • Product Name — Be clear and simple
    Example: Kids' Daily Routine Checklist (Printable PDF)
  • Product Type — Choose the closest category
  • Product Image (Cover & Samples) - The format is 900 x 900px (PNG)
  • Description — Explain what it is, who it's for, and what they will get

Step 2.1 — Choose your Product Type

  • Canva → for templates
  • E-Books → for guides or PDFs
  • Videos → for video content
  • Planners & Templates → for planners or printables

Just choose the closest match. It doesn't need to be perfect. If your product type is not listed, let us know, and we will add it.

Step 2.2 — Select your Collection

Collections help organise your product so Seekers can find it easily.

Example: If your product type is "Videos", you can select Craft Videos or Videos.

You may choose more than one if relevant.

Step 3 — Upload your product image

This is your product preview.

  • Show what's inside
  • Keep it clear and clean
  • Make text readable

Step 4 — Set your price

Minimum price on CRAFTORY is RM5.00.

  • Price (Your base price) — The amount you set. Example: RM5.00
  • Compare at Price (Optional) — Shows the original value of your product. Example: RM20.00

You only need to set your base price. CRAFTORY handles the rest automatically.

Step 5 — Add your product link

Under Digital Product Details, choose: Digital Product As Link
Paste your link carefully. Make sure:

  • Link is accessible (Anyone with link)
  • No permission issues
  • Opens correctly

Tip: Test your link using incognito mode before submitting.

Step 6 — Final check

  • Product name is clear
  • Description matches
  • Image looks good
  • Link works properly

Don't aim for perfect. Just make sure it works.

Submit your product

Once ready, submit your product for review.

  • Your product will go for review
  • Once approved, it will go live
  • Buyers will receive your link after purchase

How you grow on CRAFTORY

There are 3 simple ways your product gets seen:

1. Organic discovery (within CRAFTORY)

Your product will be visible inside the marketplace. Seekers browse by:

  • Product type
  • Collections
  • What they are looking for

The more relevant your product is, the easier it is to discover.

2. Your own sharing

You can share your product link anywhere:

  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Telegram

Wherever your audience already is. You don't need a big following. You just need to start sharing.

3. Seeker demand - Make A Wish (from CRAFTORY)

As the platform grows, we will surface what Seekers are actively looking for.

You don't always have to guess what to create. You can create based on real demand.

How you earn

Every time someone purchases your product:

  • You earn from your base price
  • CRAFTORY handles payment and delivery flow
  • Your product continues selling without manual work

This is where digital products become scalable.

You don't need to do everything at once. Just focus on:

  • Creating simple, useful products
  • Improving over time
  • Staying consistent
